Clause 1.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place a wager on pf999. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through identity verification (KYC) at the time of your first withdrawal request. pf999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited without exception.

Geographic Eligibility

Clause 1.3

Capacity to Contract

By registering an account on pf999, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions that would prohibit you from engaging in financial transactions. You further confirm that you are registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only, and not as a professional or commercial activity.

Clause 2.1

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pf999. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof, constitutes a breach of these Terms. pf999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts without prior notice and to void any winnings or bonuses generated across those accounts.

Clause 2.2

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your pf999 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Clause 2.3

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pf999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pf999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pf999 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Clause 3.1

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on pf999 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These minimums apply across all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. pf999 reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds at any time, with changes communicated to registered players via the platform's notification system or by update to these Terms.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Processing and KYC

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to processing. Players must submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address when requested. Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes of KYC approval. pf999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory KYC checks or in cases where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

Clause 3.3

Player Funds and Segregation

Player funds deposited to pf999 accounts are maintained separately from pf999 operational funds. pf999 does not use player deposits to fund its operations. In the event of any dispute regarding account balances, the transaction records maintained by pf999's payment infrastructure shall be the definitive reference, except where demonstrably incorrect. Players are advised to retain their own records of all transactions conducted on the platform.

Clause 4.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on pf999 are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on pf999 is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Abuse

pf999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of game outcome; coordinating with other players to claim bonuses across multiple accounts; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any winnings generated through abuse forfeited in full.

Clause 4.3

Promotion Eligibility

Promotional offers on pf999 are available to eligible registered players only. pf999 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where a player has previously violated these Terms or has been identified as presenting an elevated risk of bonus abuse. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of their stated redemption conditions.

Clause 5.1

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation message is displayed on your screen and a bet reference number is issued. pf999 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game data, or where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed. In cricket betting, bets on suspended or abandoned matches will be settled according to the specific rules published in the cricket betting section.

Clause 5.2

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a betting or gaming session, pf999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state using server-side records. Where a session cannot be reconstructed, bets in progress at the time of the failure may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. pf999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures that are beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party game providers or network infrastructure.

Clause 6.1

Fraud and Money Laundering

It is strictly prohibited to use pf999 for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to: using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials; depositing funds obtained through illegal means; using the platform to launder money or obscure the origin of funds; chargebacks or payment reversals made in bad faith after gaming activity has been completed. pf999 employs transaction monitoring and reporting obligations in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

Clause 6.2

Collusion and Match Fixing

Participating in or facilitating collusion with other players, match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sporting events offered on pf999 is strictly prohibited. Any player found to have knowingly placed bets on pre-determined outcomes, or to have shared information obtained through corrupt means to gain a betting advantage, will have their account permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.

Clause 8.1

Suspension by pf999

pf999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; identification of multiple accounts; suspected match fixing or collusion; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pf999 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution.

Clause 8.2

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their pf999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method. Players who have activated a self-exclusion period may not request account closure until the exclusion period has elapsed, unless the request is accompanied by a formal responsible gaming referral from a recognised support organisation.
